Initial installation throttle заслонки


Starting position throttle заслонки

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a cable of an accelerator and the switch of position throttle заслонки. 2. To weaken bolts of the lever of a drive throttle заслонки, to turn a drive completely counter-clockwise, then to tighten bolts. The primary chamber 3. To remove заглушку (it is specified by an arrow), closing the screw of adjustment of idling. 4. To establish щуп in the thickness of 0,05 mm between the lever and the screw and to tighten the screw before contact to an edge щупа. Thus the lever throttle заслонки should not be moved. 5. To remove an edge щупа, and to tighten the screw the further turn on a turn quarter. To establish new заглушку. The secondary chamber 6. To execute adjustment, as well as for the primary chamber, but using the secondary screw of regulation throttle заслонки (it is specified by an arrow). 7. After adjustment end to tighten the screw of fixing of the secondary adjusting screw (it is specified by an arrow).

THE SWITCH THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect a cable of an accelerator from the lever throttle заслонки. 2. To weaken screws of fastening of the switch throttle заслонки, to turn the switch counter-clockwise and to tighten screws.

THE GAUGE OF EXTREME POSITIONS THROTTLE ЗАСЛОНКИ

Screws of fastening of the gauge of extreme positions throttle заслонки and numbers of contacts

And – screws of fastening, 2, 3, 18 – numbers of contacts

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To unscrew screws of fastening of the gauge and to turn the gauge against the stop to the right and slowly to return it back (to the left) before its operation (click), then to tighten fastening screws. 2. To check up correctness of adjustment of a mode of idling for what to remove a socket from the gauge and to measure resistance between contacts 2 and 18. At closed throttle заслонке resistance should be equal 0 Ohm, and at opening заслонки – infinity. 3. To check up correctness of adjustment of a mode of full loading for what to measure resistance between contacts 3 and 18. At full opening throttle заслонки resistance should be equal 0 Ohm, and at returning заслонки in a starting position – infinity. 4. At impossibility to adjust both functions of the gauge – to replace the gauge. 5. To connect a socket to the gauge.

FUEL HIGHWAY AND ATOMIZERS

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove pressure in fuel system. 2. To lift the receiver the gauge on a regulator of pressure and to unscrew a bolt of fastening of a regulator. 3. To remove electric sockets from atomizers. 4. To unscrew hoses of giving of fuel. 5. To unscrew four bolts from a fuel highway. 6. Lifting upwards, to remove a highway. 7. To remove brackets fastenings of atomizers to a highway and to take them. 8. To check up a condition of ring consolidations (are specified by arrows) and if necessary to replace them. 9. To clear tips of atomizers, applying clearing liquid. 10. Pollution of tips of atomizers is characterised by following signs:       – Difficult start of the hot engine;       – A constant stop of the engine;       – Difficult start of the cold engine;       – The admission of ignition between 1000 and 2000 rpm;       – Capacity loss.

FUEL REGULATOR OF PRESSURE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove pressure in fuel system. 2. To lift the receiver from a regulator. 3. To remove a hose of giving of fuel. 4. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a regulator on a final collector and to remove a regulator from a fuel highway (are specified by arrows).

ГАСИТЕЛЬ IMPULSES OF THE FUEL PUMP

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove pressure in fuel system. 2. To remove a hose of giving of fuel with гасителя impulses of the fuel pump. 3. To unscrew a fastening nut гасителя impulses and to remove it.

THE ADDITIONAL AIR DEVICE

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect and remove the accumulator with a support. 2. To unscrew nuts of fastening of a water casing to a head of the block of cylinders. 3. To remove electroconducting and hoses from the air device. 4. For access to bolts of fastening of the air device to incline a water casing, to unscrew bolts and to remove the additional air device.

THE FUEL FILTER

The fuel filter is located under the car bottom, on the right party of a fuel tank.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To clamp a hose of giving of fuel from outside the filter, to remove collars from hoses, and then to remove hoses from the filter. To weaken a fastening nut brackets the filter and to extend the filter from brackets (arrows hoses of giving of fuel (A) and fastening brackets (B are shown)). 2. At installation of the filter to pay attention to an arrow direction on the case of the filter which shows a direction of a stream of fuel passing through the filter. 3. To establish the new filter in bracket and to fix a nut, then to establish collars and to remove a clip from a fuel hose. 4. To start the engine, and to check up connections of hoses with the filter on tightness.
